Job Description
Service Manager Boundary House Restaurant 1045 River Road, Calabash, NC 28467 You can bonus four times a year!!! Manage a team of front of the house staff including hiring, scheduling, training and general supervision. Oversee that all opening and closing duties are completed correctly and that cleanliness and maintenance are maintained. Responsible for daily deposits and the correct operation of the POS system. Balancing of all daily and nightly cash drawers and POS. Inventory and maintenance of par levels for FOH items. Provide excellent customer service to guests and excellent leadership to employees. Enforce and monitor all health, safety and sanitation standards. Handle guest complaints according to provided guidelines to ensure customer satisfaction. Work closely with Kitchen Managers to provide a seamless experience. We are looking for someone with at least two years of restaurant experience, excellent customer service, strong leadership, management and interpersonal skills, organized and capable of multi-tasking with high attention to detail, knowledge of Microsoft applications including Word and Excel, able to lift 50 pounds, ability to be on feet for several hours at a time, Servsafe training preferred. Supervisory experience preferred.
