What you should know:
This individual is responsible for managing the daily repair and maintenance operations of numerous
COMMERCIAL
properties. They will coordinate a wide range of commercial maintenance work throughout the U.S. to include retail maintenance, oversee repair costs and materials used, and work with various trade vendors. The Commercial Maintenance Coordinator must have strong communication, investigatory, and organizational skills . 5+ years of experience is preferred. (Applicants must have Commercial property experience, not simply residential or multi-housing experience.) What you will do:
- Assign retail property repair and maintenance work.
- Multi-task and coordinate with the Company’s Store Operations function, external contractors, and tenants.
- Review repair estimates, contact and solicit quotes from vendors.
- Manage calls for active projects, repairs, and maintenance.

- Microsoft Office/Excel
- Basic computer skills
