What You’ll Do:

As the Maintenance Manager, you’ll lead a team of maintenance professionals to ensure the efficient operation of manufacturing equipment, utility systems, and facility infrastructure.

Your mission:

minimize downtime, improve processes, and keep production running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and schedule preventive and reactive maintenance for all plant equipment. Lead daily team meetings, ensure maintenance quality, and support technical troubleshooting. Supervise installation and upgrades of equipment, utilities, and automation systems. Work closely with engineering and quality departments to enhance manufacturing performance. Manage departmental budget, vendor relationships, and contracts. Develop team skills through training and clear performance goals.

What We’re Looking For:

5+ years of maintenance leadership experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment Strong hands-on background in electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems Working knowledge of PLCs (Allen Bradley & Siemens) – no programming needed, but must understand logic and troubleshooting Familiarity with robotics, vision systems, schematics, and blueprints Excellent communication, team-building, and problem-solving skills Proficient with tools such as Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word – AS400 experience is a plus Associate’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Science preferred — or 10+ years of directly related experience Experience in injection molding and managing outside contractors is a strong plus This is a salaried with long-term growth potential in a stable and well-established company.
