Salary:

$95,000-$100,000 with 5% annual bonus Position Overview We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Multi-site Maintenance Manager to lead the development, standardization, and implementation of preventative maintenance programs across multiple foam manufacturing facilities. This pivotal role ensures optimal equipment performance, improved uptime, and extended machinery lifespan across all sites. The ideal candidate brings a blend of technical expertise and strong leadership, with the ability to unify maintenance practices across locations. Key Responsibilities Evaluate the current condition of equipment and maintenance strategies at each facility. Design and execute a standardized Preventative Maintenance (PM) program tailored to specific equipment and site needs. Partner with Plant Managers and production teams to address maintenance gaps and promote industry’s best practices. Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date equipment inventories and maintenance records for all locations. Coordinate with external vendors for parts procurement, repair services, and technical support. Create and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for routine maintenance tasks including lubrication, blade replacements, inspections, and adjustments. Lead and support projects related to machinery upgrades, installations, and the commissioning of new equipment. Analyze equipment downtime trends and develop actionable solutions to minimize disruptions and enhance reliability. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years’ experience in industrial maintenance or equipment management, ideally within foam or light manufacturing environments. Solid mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of machinery used in foam cutting, slitting, laminating, or CNC operations. Ability to interpret equipment schematics, technical manuals, and maintenance documentation. Proven problem-solving skills and experience managing cross-functional maintenance initiatives. Willingness to travel regionally to support multiple plant locations (up to 50% travel required). Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across various departments, including operations, safety, and purchasing.
