We arecurrently seeking a dynamic, results-driven Permanent MaintenanceSupervisor to join our ever-growing Manufacturing team. Thesuccessful candidate will be responsible for overseeing themaintenance department and ensuring that all equipment andmachinery are functioning at optimal levels. This role involves ahigh level of responsibility and requires a professional with astrong mechanical and electrical background. The ideal candidatewill have a keen eye for detail, a problem-solving mindset and astrong commitment to safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the maintenancedepartment. Develop, implement, and monitor preventive maintenanceprograms for all equipment and machinery. Troubleshoot and resolveissues with machinery and equipment in a timely and efficientmanner. Train and mentor maintenance staff, promoting a culture ofcontinuous learning and improvement. Ensure compliance with allsafety and health regulations. Collaborate with other departmentsto identify and prioritize maintenance needs. Manage maintenancebudget and ensure cost-effectiveness. Maintain a thorough knowledgeof new technology, equipment, and systems to improve industrialprocesses. Ensure compliance with HACCP, FDA, and USDA regulationsand standards. Conduct regular inspections of equipment and systemsto identify and resolve issues. Repair any mechanical or electricalsystem malfunctions. Handle 480 electrical systems and any otherrelated tasks.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience ina maintenance supervisory role within the manufacturing industry.

Proven experience in equipment maintenance, preventive maintenance,troubleshooting, and repairing. In-depth knowledge of mechanicaland electrical systems. Proficiency in handling 480 electricalsystems. Familiarity with HACCP, FDA, and USDA regulations.

Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.

Strong leadership and team management skills. Ability to work in afast-paced, high-pressure environment. Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitaskingabilities. A degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, orrelated field is preferred.
