Automotive Parts Manager Confidential Clemmons, NC 27012 Automotive Parts Manager A very successful automotive repair and maintenance facility in Clemmons, NC with strong community ties is now interviewing. We are looking for an experienced parts manager who is also willing to interact with customers and sell work when necessary. As a new member of our team, you will be the first face that our customers see and hear when they come to our location. A passion for customer service and a positive, team-minded approach is imperative. Your responsibilities will be to build tickets, order parts, and organize the parts department. This role is perfect for someone with strong communication skills, technical and computer ability and experience, and a drive to help customers get back on the road quickly and safely. Key Responsibilities Communication  Greet customers in a professional and approachable manner.  Listen to vehicle concerns, document issues clearly, and communicate them to technicians.  Explain repair needs, services offered, and pricing transparently and confidently.  Provide updates throughout the repair process and follow up upon completion. Workflow  Schedule service appointments for customer repairs and maintenance.  Review service recommendations and help customers make informed decisions. Sales  Review previous service repairs, build service tickets, and make accurate maintenance recommendations to ensure customer vehicles are up-to-date on maintenance.  Work collectively with all service personnel in completion of repairs and maintenance.  Maintain updated customer and vehicle records in the shop’s software system. Qualifications  Cheerful attitude and the willingness to talk to anyone.  Computer literate to learn our service center’s technology.  Strong communication and organizational skills.  Friendly, dependable, and professional with a team-first attitude.
