The Service Manager will successfully run an efficient and profitable multi-car line service department, customer retention, cost controls, achieving objectives, and maintaining all service records. This position is responsible for operations, profitability, performance results, and customer satisfaction in the Service Department.

Responsibilities:

Maintains CSI at or above manufacturer standards Strives for 100% customer satisfaction by building relationships with customers Interfaces with department managers to improve operations, performance, and profitability. Understands and ensures compliance with manufacturer warranty and policy procedures Develop and implement a marketing plan which promotes new and repeat business. Maintains outstanding business relationships with manufacturer Sets, monitors, and drives the achievement of performance targets of Advisors, Technicians, and department. Manages talent acquisition, mentoring, and training

Requirements:
