Service Manager Modern Toyota Winston-Salem, NC 27127 Overview We are currently seeking an experienced Service Manager of a multi-line dealership to join the leadership team at Modern Toyota in Winston-Salem, NC. The Service Manager will successfully run an efficient and profitable multi-car line service department, customer retention, cost controls, achieving objectives, and maintaining all service records. This position is responsible for operations, profitability, performance results, and customer satisfaction in the Service Department. This role is crucial in maintaining our dealership’s reputation for quality service and fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:

Maintains CSI at or above manufacturer standards Strives for 100% customer satisfaction by building relationships with customers Interfaces with department managers to improve operations, performance, and profitability. Understands and ensures compliance with manufacturer warranty and policy procedures Develop and implement a marketing plan which promotes new and repeat business. Maintains outstanding business relationships with manufacturer Sets, monitors, and drives the achievement of performance targets of Advisors, Technicians, and department. Manages talent acquisition, mentoring, and training
