Role Description Oversees all physical operations of the hotel, including maintenance of equipment, building systems, and safety procedures. Ensures property is functional, safe, and guest-ready through daily leadership, inspections, and repair management. Qualifications Lead maintenance team and daily operations of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing). Manage preventive maintenance, special projects, and emergency repairs. Monitor contractor performance and vendor compliance. Maintain accurate equipment records and supply inventory. Ensure hotel grounds and guest areas meet safety and quality standards. Support safety systems and emergency procedures (fire panels, alarms, sprinklers). Conduct training, safety checks, and enforce compliance. Step in as needed to support staff and maintain operational flow.
