Position Overview:

We’re seeking a Maintenance & Production Lead who will play a critical, hands-on role in supporting daily operations, troubleshooting equipment, optimizing production workstations, and contributing to the overall success of our start-up launch. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and is ready to take ownership of diverse tasks during our ramp-up phase.

Key Responsibilities:

Establish various work stations according to operational requirements Perform daily maintenance and repairs on production equipment and machinery Lead hands-on production support, including equipment setup and process troubleshooting Use hand and power tools to adjust and improve workstations for safety and efficiency Interpret and work from engineering and assembly drawings to ensure proper production flow Assist in implementing new procedures and equipment as operations grow Coordinate with operations and leadership to support workflow improvements Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in a manufacturing, maintenance, or production lead role Strong mechanical aptitude and experience using hand and power tools Ability to read and interpret engineering and fabrication drawings Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements Flexible and proactive mindset—comfortable handling various tasks in a start-up setting Excellent communication and team coordination skills High school diploma or GED required; technical certifications are a plus

$55,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
