Maintenance Director Location:

Spring Arbor Senior Living – Greensboro, NC Spring Arbor Senior Living of Greensboro, NC is seeking a Maintenance Director to join our dedicated team and help us fulfill our mission of serving our senior residents with excellence! This key leadership role ensures our community remains safe, well-maintained, and aesthetically pleasing while overseeing maintenance operations, facility upkeep, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate has:
