The maintenance manager must be skilled, dependable, and able to manage the maintenance department (total team members = 3). Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge are required. Pay is determined based on experience level and years of service.

DUTIES:

• Troubleshoot complex equipment problems in timely manner
• Monitor operational details in conformance with OEM recommendations and technical requirements
• Use CMMS to create, assign, and complete work orders
• Input service records and manage parts and equipment inventory
• Maintain all records accurately
• Able to work with 480V
• Read and interpret equipment specs, schematics, diagrams, and manuals
• Adhere to and manage all safety regulations
• Manage the lock out/tag out system
• Attend safety training

Hours:

1st Shift 6:00am-2:30pm (hours are not set – some days may require staying late depending on equipment failure and seasonality of peak seasons) Must have 5 years of industry experience and provide 3 references.
