A Fine Line Striping Service is a leading provider of professional asphalt repair and maintenance solutions in Greensboro, NC. We specialize in line striping, sealcoating, crack sealing, pothole repair, and pavement marking for commercial and residential clients. We’re looking for a results-driven Project Manager to lead our field operations and ensure top-tier service delivery on every project.

Position Overview:

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of asphalt maintenance and repair projects from start to finish. This includes planning, crew coordination, client communication, budgeting, scheduling, and quality control. The ideal candidate will have experience in the asphalt or construction industry and strong leadership and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, schedule, and oversee daily operations of asphalt maintenance projects Coordinate with crews, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely project completion Monitor project progress and make adjustments to stay on budget and schedule Conduct site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with specifications Communicate clearly with clients to manage expectations and ensure satisfaction Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation and reports Assist with estimating and bidding processes as needed Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies

Qualifications:

Proven experience in construction project management, preferably in asphalt or paving Strong leadership and team management abilities Excellent organizational and time management skills Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites as needed Strong communication skills, both verbal and written High school diploma required, Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of DOT specifications and industry best practices Experience operating or managing paving equipment OSHA certification is a plus
