On-site Work Schedule :
Monday – Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. onsite. The manager must be available after hours, holidays and weekends by phone for customers and employees. Job Description Oversee department employees and problem solve employee issues. Collaborate with Human Resources and Safety department. Manage employee changes, payroll, attendance, time-off, and more using the payroll system. Delegate and monitor the work of the service department staff and provide progress reports to improve employee satisfaction and efficiency. Set departmental goals and objectives and motivate workers to achieve these. The Service Manager must ensure his service department maintains a minimum productivity rate as set by management and has minimal comebacks. Offer customers and employees knowledge, advice, and answer questions and concerns. Communicate and maintain good relations with manufacturing reps and dealers. Help train new employees in company procedures, including safety and work processes. Promote positive relationships among the team and with other departments. Ensure all team members meet certification requirements established by the manufacturer. Stay current on industry standards and any new innovations, materials, tools and/or processes that can benefit the company. Identify business opportunities, attract new customers, and retain existing customers. Has P&L responsibility managing all aspects that generate revenue while ensuring the department meets expenditure and operational plan taking appropriate measures to keep these on course. Meet all training requirements like D2E per manufacturer. Follow and abide by all industry standards, regulations, and laws. Perform other duties as assigned by

Experience with service management software like E-Emphasys is a plus. Ability to travel out-of-state for training and conferences as needed. Consistently deliver incredible customer service Position includes stooping, bending, kneeling, sitting, standing, climbing into trailer, ladder usage, lifting up to 50 pounds, use of provided ear protection in a sometimes-noisy environment and safety glasses.
