Responsibilities:
Maintenance Oversight:

Direct and supervise maintenance, repair, overhaul, and modifications of aircraft and components to meet company and federal standards.

Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure all operations comply with Air Operator Certificate (AOC) conditions and restrictions.

Manual Improvement:

Evaluate and recommend changes to the Maintenance Operations Manual for enhanced performance.

Training & Development:

Lead strategic planning and coordination of MTX training and development, ensuring staff are fully trained.

Inventory Management:

Oversee receiving, storing, and distribution of company materials and supplies.

Safety Management:

Implement Safety Management System (SMS) and manage safety risks and security threats related to aircraft operations.

Additional Duties:

Perform other assigned tasks, maintaining high safety and compliance standards.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent and a current A&P license.
Minimum three years of aircraft maintenance experience in the past six years, including one year in a supervisory role.
Experience in returning airplanes to service and knowledge of maintenance operations specifications and applicable FAR provisions.
Strong understanding of company manuals and procedures to ensure compliance and effective supervision.
Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing) and authorization to work in the U.S.
