Are you a hands-on leader with a proven track record of successfully managing industrial maintenance teams? We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and assist with the maintenance department of a local manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative and confident problem solver who is able to lead a team.

salary:

$85,000 – $90,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 7 AM – 4 PM
education: Bachelors Responsibilities

• Schedules and oversees all maintenance-related work by managing a team of maintenance
  technicians
• Ensures that all maintenance operations are done in accordance with company policy and OSHA
  guidelines
• Ensuring the facility satisfies all industry regulations
• Forecasting, ordering, and price negotiation for spare parts inventory
• Assist in developing and implementing a (proactive) maintenance program and Total Productive
  Maintenance(TPM)
• Coaching, training, and developing maintenance staff
• Allocate workload and supervise maintenance staff
• Coordinating the completion of complex repairs
• Hiring subcontractors for specialized maintenance work
• Looking for new ways/tools/assets to improve productivity and cut costs
