Job Description

Lead Maintenance Technician

LEAD MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Charlotte-North Carolina
In-Flight Crew Connections is seeking an experienced A&P Mechanic to perform unscheduled maintenance and repairs on corporate aircraft and return it to service in a timely manner. This position would be based in Charlotte, NC conducting lead maintenance technician responsibilities. An ideal candidate is capable of being self-sufficient and has a strong understanding of how to manage work scopes from inception to completion.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Perform all airframe and powerplant repairs and modifications required to meet company and FAA requirements. Complete all required maintenance records in an accurate manner to include accurate reporting of times required to accomplish the tasks assigned. Must be able to manage project needs off-site and coordinate with other departments to ensure timely completion of aircraft maintenance. Must support all company policies and safety programs to include OSHA and EPA regulations. Interpret technical manuals, drawings, and blueprints. Demonstrate professionalism and deliver satisfaction to the internal/external customers.
Perform other related duties & responsibilities as assigned.

Education & Experience:

FAA Airframe & Powerplant License is required. 5+ years of corporate jet maintenance experience. Corridor experience preferred. AOG maintenance and repair experience is a plus/preferred. Good working knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR) Part 145, 135, and 121.
