Maintenance Process Manager

Location:

Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)
We are seeking a Maintenance Process Manager to support our operations by managing outsourced work, resolving maintenance-related issues, and ensuring the proper care of our facilities. This role requires proficiency in both Spanish and English and offers a hybrid work schedule with in-office days from Tuesday to Thursday and remote work on Mondays and Fridays.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and review maintenance tickets, ensuring accurate categorization and prompt resolution in line with company standards and budget.
Collaborate cross-functionally to address immediate maintenance and site-specific issues effectively.
Develop maintenance and repair scope documents, manage project timelines and budgets, and coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and field technicians.
Provide detailed reports on inspection and maintenance activities, including cost, scope, and resolution schedule.
Support company-wide initiatives to maintain the structural integrity and safety of our facilities.
Ensure resource availability (contractors, materials, and equipment) for maintenance work and disaster recovery at our facilities.

Skills Required:

Minimum of four years of field operations experience, including site maintenance and repair.
Knowledge of tower construction and ability to read and understand surveys, construction drawings, and technical schematics.
Proficiency in MS Excel and other standard computer software programs.
Ability to understand and analyze basic financial reports.
Effective communication skills and the ability to lead and influence others.
A valid driver’s license.

Education/Certifications:

High School diploma or equivalent.
Associates degree, two-year technical degree, or equivalent military/special electronics training experience is strongly preferred.
