Job DetailsResponsibilities:

1. Supervising and coordinating the activities ofthe maintenance team. 2. Performing routine and preventativemaintenance on all aspects of the building, including HVAC,plumbing, carpentry, and electrical systems. 3. Conducting regularinspections of the properties to identify and resolve issues. 4.Training staff in the use of hand and power tools and ensuring theyare used safely and effectively. 5. Coordinating with contractorsand vendors for specialized maintenance or repair services. 6.Responding promptly to maintenance emergencies and resolving themefficiently.

Qualifications:

1. 3 years of experience in buildingor property maintenance, with a focus on multi-family properties.2. EPA/CFC Refrigerant certification is required (Type I and II, orUniversal). 3. Proven experience with plumbing, carpentry, and theuse of hand and power tools. 4. Strong leadership skills with theability to manage and motivate a team. 5.
