Key Responsibilities:

Growing and Leading our Water Treatment and Plumbing division Installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing and water Treatment systems while diagnosing and troubleshooting any issues Selling plumbing and water treatment work on current jobs and new business Developing strategy for growing our plumbing business in this market and leading our water treatment technician team Building and leading a high- performance team of plumber and water treatment technicians Training, mentoring, and guiding current and new technicians Communicating and training other departments on our plumbing offering and the importance of it Drive a Culture of Accountability Winning Create a high-performance environment without excuses. Skills and Experience we are looking for: Years of Experience in the Plumbing trade, Service Technician trade Certified or licensed plumber (Helpful but not required) Strong leadership skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both external in community and collaborating with teammates Ability to work independently and as part of a team Highly Self-MotivatedDisciplined You are restless -you can’t sit still and always seek the next challenge.
