In this role, you will be responsible for curb appeal and service requests within our community, ensuring that all buildings, equipment, and amenities are clean and functional. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with customer service skills and a solid background in an apartment maintenance.
Minimum Requirements:
Prior apartment maintenance experience. HVAC certification. NC CPO. Valid driver’s license. Responsibilities Complete unit acceptance walks during construction Ensure service requests are completed within 24 hours. Ensure make readies are scheduled and completed to company standards. Complete property and unit inspections regularly. Ensure grounds and amenities are in clean, working order at all times. Complete warranty requests as needed. Maintain appropriate inventory of parts and tools to prevent repair delays. Follow best practices to repair items as often as possible rather than replace. Promote proper care of tools and materials to prevent waste. Ensure MSDS binder is up to date at all times and follow OSHA guidelines Prioritize customer service to ensure a positive resident experience. Follow Fair Housing Laws carefully at all times.
