• Maintenance Mastery:

  From HVAC systems to plumbing upkeep, you’llinspect and maintain every nook and cranny of our property, makingsure everything runs smoothly. Roofs, gutters, recreationalfacilities

• TeamLeadership:

  You’ll be the captain of our maintenance crew, guidingthem and overseeing their work with a keen eye for quality. Whetherit’s our in-house staff or outside contractors, you’ll ensureeveryone is on the same page and delivering excellence

Apartment Turnover Expertise:

Vacant apartments become move-inready under your watchful eye. From inspections to painting andcleaning, you’ll make sure every space is perfect for our newresidents

• Inventory Wizardry:

  Keeping track of supplies andtools is your forte. You’ll ensure we have everything we need, whenwe need it, to keep things running smoothly

• PoolPerfection:

  Our pool area will be your domain, ensuring it’s notjust a place to swim, but a haven of safety and enjoyment for ourresidents

• Safety Stewardship:

  Safety is paramount,and you’ll lead the charge in maintaining a secure environment forour team and residents, adhering to all standards andprotocols

• Scheduling Savvy:

  Working closely with the PropertyManager, you’ll help coordinate schedules and assignments, ensuringwe’re always covered for routine maintenance and emergencies

From hiring to training, you’ll play a vital role inbuilding and maintaining a competent and cohesive maintenancecrew

• Budgeting Brilliance:

  Staying within budget whiledelivering top-notch service is your specialty. You’ll keep a closeeye on expenditures and report any deviations to the PropertyManager

Resident Relations:

You’ll be the face of ourmaintenance team, ensuring residents feel heard and valued whilemaintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming community.

Our idealcandidate has the following: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) At least five years’ experience in this field. CPO certification required. CFC Type I & Type II certification required; CFC Universalcertification preferred. Strong knowledge of heat pump, HVAC, plumbing, and electricalsystems, appliance repair, and carpentry. Interest and enthusiasm for the job. Pleasing personality and ability to work with and understandthe problems and attitudes of residents. Experience with Yardi software systems, a plus Good organizational and mechanical skills. Ability to maintain an inventory system.•

PhysicalDemands/Environmental Factors:

Ability to work evenings and weekends. Works in office setting, in residential buildings, andoutdoors. Works under moderate supervision. Frequently moves about to coordinate work. Frequently walks, climbs stairs or ladders, bends, stoops,reaches, uses equipment with hands, pulls, and lifts up to 50lb. Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’slicense Ability to drive a golf cart
