Primary Duty:

The Bottling Line Maintenance Lead is responsible for preventative and repair maintenance of line equipment, leading changeovers, and maintaining parts inventory. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Performs mechanical preventative and repair maintenance on all production equipment. Troubleshoot, maintain, and resolve issues related to the DC equipment and controls. Understand and troubleshoot any issues related to the electrical phases systems. Perform equipment installation. Records work done on forms provided. Follows OSHA and company safety guidelines. Identifies parts needed and maintains an inventory of parts in the stockroom. Performs equipment changeovers. Other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED and three (3) years industrial maintenance experience. One (1) to three (3) years PLC troubleshooting experience. One (1) to three (3) years of experience with electrical – such as Three Phase. Maintenance troubleshooting experience. Three (3) years of Manufacturing Maintenance experience. One (1) to two (2) years’ experience with pneumatics. Knowledge of Electrical, Pneumatics, and Rigging. Must be able to troubleshoot equipment problems. Fluent Troubleshooting Techniques. Good oral and written communication skills. Must be able to work hours necessary to complete assigned tasks.
