Manage service related functions for Automated Production LineMachinery, including dispatching, tracking all maintenance calls,preventive maintenance visits, and non-maintenance.

• Recommend candidates for employment.
• Develop and train subordinates.
• Conduct performance evaluations, plan salary actions, recommendpromotions, interpret and apply organization policies, and monitorand resolve employee situations.
• Advise staff on operational projects and tasks.
• Direct service and repair.
• Establish unit objectives, work plans, and schedules.
• Manage, integrate, and coordinate work groups and servicetechnicians engaged in similar or related routine maintenanceactivities.
• Perform administrative activities such as developing budgets,cost and benefit analyses, and similar.
• Evaluate and implement changes in work procedures.
