Maintenance/Property Manager About Us:

We are a growing property management company committed to delivering exceptional service and well-maintained properties to our tenants. We manage a diverse portfolio including residential, commercial, and/or multi-family units. We’re seeking a hands-on, reliable, and experienced Maintenance/Property Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure property upkeep, and maintain tenant satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintenance Responsibilities:

Perform or coordinate routine repairs, preventive maintenance, and emergency services Manage vendor relationships and supervise contractors Conduct regular property inspections to ensure safety and compliance Maintain inventory of supplies, tools, and equipment Handle maintenance requests and work orders promptly Oversee HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building systems Perform repairs as assigned.

Property Management Responsibilities:

Handle tenant relations, including communication, lease enforcement, and conflict resolution Assist in rental collections process Assist in showing apartments, move ins/move outs Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations Maintain property records, including leases, inspections, and maintenance logs

Requirements:

Must have strong work ethic Knowledge of general construction good with phone and computer Ability to troubleshoot and perform repairs Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills Proficiency with property management software (e.g., AppFolio, Buildium) a plus Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Ability to be on-call for emergencies
