Regional Maintenance Manager Location:

Carolina Regional Office•

Raleigh, NC Scheduled Hours:

Monday•Friday, 8:30am to 5pm, with some evenings and weekends when needed

Pay Rate:

$75,000•$85,000/year (based on experience and qualifications) , plus bonus potential

Who You Are:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, education or facility management and/or equivalent work experience and training. 10+ years of experience in a supervisory role. Familiarity in drafting and understanding blueprints and schematics. Experience in preparing proposals and bids. Effective communication and people management skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical systems, carpentry, and plumbing. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel). Ability to learn software platforms for work orders, billing, people management, etc. Valid driver’s license, reliable truck or van for work-use, and auto-insurance. Willing to complete a background check and drug screening. What You’ll Do as a

Regional Maintenance Manager:

Supervise all maintenance operations within the regional office, ensuring the proper upkeep of all properties under management. This includes HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, general repairs, landscaping, and more. Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the maintenance team, including technicians, contractors, and vendors, to ensure optimal performance, productivity, and adherence to company standards. Identify and implement opportunities for new revenue streams related to maintenance services, including offering additional services to residents or clients, optimizing existing contracts, and creating new business partnerships. Negotiate and maintain relationships with third-party vendors, contractors, and service providers. Ensure that all properties comply with local, state, and federal regulations related to safety, environmental standards, and property maintenance. Conduct regular safety audits and maintain accurate records for all inspections and maintenance activities. Prepare and present regular reports on maintenance activities, project progress, and budget status to senior management. Track and report on KPIs related to maintenance efficiency, customer satisfaction, and cost management.
