Job Description
Service Manager Our client is looking for an experienced Service Manager to lead and oversee the security system service department. This role ensures timely project execution, superior customer service, and operational efficiency, while also managing field teams and technical support.
Responsibilities include:
- Oversee service operations including scheduling, budgeting, and job safety compliance
- Supervise technicians and customer service staff-hire, schedule, evaluate, and train
- Coordinate field activities, material delivery, and service schedules
- Conduct site visits and ensure customer satisfaction with tailored service solutions
- Track job costing, manage change orders, and assist accounting with billing accuracy
- Review service metrics and drive profitability and process improvement
- Ensure compliance with all relevant licenses and industry regulations
