Role:

As a CBRE Technical Supervisor, you will oversee a team responsiblefor providing administrative, process improvement and financialfunction support to an assigned group of senior technical businessleaders. This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services jobfunction. They are responsible for providing support, preventivemaintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.

What You’ll Do:

Act as liaison with technical business leaders, facilitiesmanagers, and other internal and external clients to forecastworkload demand and project deliverables. Manage, plan, coordinate, schedule, and oversee the workload,deadlines, and day-to-day activities of the support team members toensure effective delivery of services. Work with business leaders to resolve conflictingpriorities. Coordinate and supervise the team’s daily activities. Apply advanced knowledge to seek and develop new, bettermethods for accomplishing both individual and departmentobjectives. Showcase expertise in own job discipline and in-depth knowledgeof other job disciplines within the organization function. Coach others to develop in-depth knowledge and expertise inmost or all areas within the function. Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with

values. Anticipate potential objections and persuades others, often atsenior levels and of divergent interest, to adopt a different pointof view. What You’ll Need:

High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 5-8years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, acombination of experience and education will be considered. Priorshift leader or supervisory experience preferred. Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping,standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability tolift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more. The innovative mentality to develop methods that go beyondexisting solutions. Ability to solve unique problems using standard and innovativesolutions having a broad impact on the business. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examplesinclude Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Expert organizational skills with an advanced inquisitivemindset. Highly sophisticated math skills.
