The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and a passion for the automotive industry. This role requires effective leadership skills to manage a team, ensure high-quality service delivery, and maintain customer satisfaction. Duties Supervise and coordinate the activities of automotive collision technicians and support staff. Ensure that all vehicle maintenance and repair services are performed to company standards. Manage inventory of automotive parts and supplies, ensuring availability for service needs. Oversee quality control processes to maintain high standards of service and repair. Provide training and support to staff on best practices in automotive service and repair. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner. Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols and procedures. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and equipment effectively for various automotive tasks. Perform mechanical repairs as needed, including auto body repair and restoration tasks. Requirements Proven experience in automotive collision repair with strong mechanical knowledge. Familiarity with vehicle maintenance practices, auto restoration techniques, and auto body repair. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Ability to perform heavy lifting as required in the workshop environment. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
