About the Role In thisrole, you will oversee and manage all paint, coatings, and epoxyfloor operations across a range of commercial interior projects.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional who thrives onleading crews, ensuring top-quality finishes, and maintainingproject timelines.

What They’re Looking For:

5 years of experiencein commercial painting, industrial coatings, or epoxy flooringStrong leadership and communication skills Ability to managemultiple crews and projects simultaneously Detail-oriented with acommitment to safety and quality Previous superintendent or crewlead experience a plus
