Maintenance Foreman 3.8 3.8 out of 5 stars Hillsborough, NH As Business Unit Automotive & Speciality Lamps we support our vision and strategy by expanding our leading position in the automotive lighting market in OEM and Aftermarket. We are in a global leadership position in the automotive lamps business in traditional and LED applications and offer industry leading products in LED lighting to global OEM customers (e.g. with exchangeable LED light sources). We also tackle new growth opportunities in the Aftermarket with our automotive care and equipment portfolio. The Maintenance Foreman position is within our Packaging Department team and includes the following primary responsibilities: Coordination of all maintenance and continuous improvement activities across all packaging lines Direct responsibility for reducing downtime and streamlining maintenance activities using lean techniques. Administering and organizing PM programs, as well as design/process improvements Implement and manage the Mean-Time-Before-Failure methodology to reduce unplanned downtime Leadership of mechanical and electrical technical associates with desired outputs Maintain critical spare parts inventories and reorder as needed Establish and coordinate training programs, team meetings, and improvement projects. Leadership role in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of proper maintenance, safety, and operational procedures All other duties as assigned Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, or an Associate’s degree with at least 10 years of applicable industry experience Exposure to mechanical systems, pneumatics, and cylinder components Familiarity with electro-mechanical systems and PLC interfaces Comfortable collaborating with engineering teams to solve technical challenges Training or hands-on experience with LEAN and TPM methodologies is preferred Prior experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Brings a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and high energy to the role ams OSRAM is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
