Why This Role Matters This position is the heartbeat of our Planting and Garden Maintenance operations. You’ll lead crews, delight clients, and ensure every garden we maintain reflects our commitment to outstanding quality. You’ll mentor team members, manage client relationships, and help transform ordinary spaces into extraordinary gardens that inspire and delight. What You’ll Be Doing Leadership & Team Development Guide, mentor and develop our maintenance and planting crews Provide hands-on training and support to help team members grow professionally Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and pride in workmanship Client Excellence Manage client relationships with a focus on exceptional service and communication Develop and implement effective maintenance programs tailored to each client’s specific needs Address client requests and concerns promptly and effectively

Operations & Project Management:

Collaborate with the General Manager on daily operations and weekly scheduling Manage plant material orders, scheduling, and proper installation Manage inventory of supplies and equipment Oversee all planting and maintenance projects to ensure quality service completed within budgeted hours Complete projects while maintaining Parker Garden’s high standards of quality Business Growth Assist with maintenance and enhancement sales opportunities Create budgets for small projects and maintenance proposals using LMN software Work with our Design Project Manager on planting design and selection Identify upselling opportunities that benefit both clients and our company What Success Looks Like In your first year, you’ll have:

  • Built strong relationships with our clients and your team members
  • Established efficient systems for scheduling, materials management, and quality control
  • Contributed to team members’ growth through mentorship and training
  • Implemented at least one innovative approach to improve your team’s operations Who You Are A horticulture enthusiast with 2-3 years of landscape maintenance or fine gardening experience Someone who enjoys nurturing both plants and people Detail-oriented with a commitment to exceptional quality A natural problem-solver who thrives in a dynamic environment An excellent communicator who builds authentic relationships A leader who leads by example and isn’t afraid to get your hands dirty Someone who values being part of a close-knit team where everyone matters Requirements •Our shop address is 59 Charles Bancroft Highway, Litchfield NH.

We start at 7am and generally finish by 4pm Valid driver’s license with ability to maintain DOT certification Knowledge of annuals, perennials, shrubs, and landscape maintenance practices Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Experience with landscape management software (LMN) preferred but not required Heavy equipment experience a plus but not required We are willing to train the right candidate!
