And we’re looking for someone awesome to join our Florida-based corporate team to help make those moments happen across our resort properties in Florida, Nevada, Colorado, and New Jersey. From beachside hangs to mountain escapes, you’ll help us make every experience memorable from behind the scenes.

Here’s What You’ll Be Up To:

Leading the charge (and the team) on all things maintenance—think HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and more. Rolling up your sleeves to inspect, repair, and maintain resort units and common areas like a pro. Tag-teaming with your manager to schedule shifts, assign tasks, and keep the crew running like a well-oiled machine. Training and mentoring techs on the art of preventative maintenance—because we don’t do breakdowns, we do breakthroughs. Keeping it clean, safe, and up to code (OSHA, local regs, and our own high standards). Managing tools, supplies, and reports like a spreadsheet wizard with a toolbelt. Conducting weekly resort inspections and making sure everything’s looking sharp and running smooth. Helping with hiring by pre-screening candidates who are as passionate about maintenance as you are. Pitching in wherever needed—because you’re not just a supervisor, you’re a hands-on hero.

You’re Great Because:

You’ve got at least 3 years of supervisory experience in a hotel, resort, or timeshare setting—and you’ve got the stories (and skills) to prove it. You bring 2+ years of HVAC/mechanical know-how or a degree that says, “I’ve got this.” You’re fluent in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook—and you know how to use them to keep things running like clockwork. You’re a natural communicator who vibes with guests, teammates, and leadership alike. You know your way around pool systems, lighting, HVAC, and all the behind-the-scenes magic that keeps a resort humming. You’re cool with working indoors, outdoors, weekends, and holidays—because hospitality never sleeps. You can lift, climb, crawl, and hustle with the best of them. This gig keeps you moving, and you love it.
