Work Schedule:
7P-7A Alternating days Crew works rotating shiftsand every other weekend. Supervisors work 12-hours, 4 days perweek.
- Establish work plans that support and improve plantequipment reliability
- Incorporate a culture of inclusion andcontinuity within all departments through Continuous Improvement
- Direct, train and develop maintenance team members for assignedarea/shift and work orders
- Using problems solving skills and rootcause analysis to resolve and/or mitigate maintenance issues
- Identify opportunities to eliminate cost and/or waste throughapplying LEAN manufacturing principals
- Identify, implement anddocument maintenance and reliability best practices
Skills:
Must beable to work on multiple shifts (including weekends) with some 12hour days. The ability to work a full shift, come to work on time,work overtime as needed and the ability to work according to thenecessary schedule to meet job requirements with or withoutreasonable accommodation is an essential function of this positionRequired
- Strong technical aptitude along with proficiency inMicrosoft Office and experience with SAP
- Ability to effectivelycommunicate and problem solve
- Demonstrated ability to lead andmotivate others and work with employees at all levels of theorganization
- High School Diploma or GED and related workexperience Preferred
- Previous Maintenance Supervisor experiencein a manufacturing or food manufacturing environment
- Experiencein Production reporting systems and Preventative Maintenanceprograms
- BS/BA and significant related experience Nesco Resourceand affiliates (Lehigh G.
