Full Job Description Position Summary:

The Superintendent is responsible for overseeing the daily maintenance and operations of our facility. They coordinate maintenance projects, manage contractors, and ensure the facility is safe and functional.

Responsibilities:

Inspect Building, and common areas regularly. Perform light maintenance works. Schedule work order requests Coordinate contractor activities related to maintenance. Operates within OSHA standards and company safety policies and procedures at all times.

Qualifications:

Familiar with contract work hours and OSHA standards Willingness to work in various maintenance areas beyond repair work. Have some experience in building maintenance

Job Types:

Part-time, Contract Pay:

$21.00 – $23.00 per hour Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
