Car Wash Manager 3.5 3.5 out of 5 stars Burlington, NJ 08016 A Manager is tasked with developing and maintaining a team of people to deliver a clean, dry, shiny vehicle to the customer in a safe, fast and friendly manner while continually controlling the costs of operation, increasing the sales and maintaining the appearance of the facility. Knowledge about car wash machinery and a desire to learn are necessary traits to perform the job successfully. Site Managers must be a team player and be able to multitask, manage others, plan ahead and interact well with customers. Key Responsibilities include- maintaining safety checks and repairs on all necessary equipment as well as monitoring and maintaining chemical usage and supplies. Must use mechanical abilities to troubleshoot and repair car wash equipment. A Site Manager is also responsible for training and overseeing employees on safety, quality and standard operating procedures for their functional areas as well as making the schedule and reinforcing all company procedures. Managers are responsible for handling the purchasing for the location, completing all required written reports and resolve all customer complaints and damage claims, develop an understanding of the DRB/XPT system and wash tunnel equipment and work as a team player with the ability to perform any of the positions staffed at the wash.
