As we experience consistent expansion, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service and Parts Manager to join our team. Responsibilities The Service Manager will assist the Service Director in the daily operation of the maintenance and repair of a 700+ Heavy Duty/ Medium Duty fleet. This candidate is responsible for the opening and closing of work in a timely manner. Continuously track open to close repair times to effectively communicate with their Operations Team. The Service and Parts Manager will oversee the shop staff daily and provide feedback to improve and elevate shop personnel. Monitor and manage shop payroll Requirements 3 years + in a management position in the Medium/Heavy Duty Repair or transportation industry Managing 10+ employees strong verbal and written skills ability to work under pressure and meet timeline goals Intermediate Microsoft Office skills valid driver’s license is required.
