We are seeking a full time Maintenance Director to join our team. Our ideal candidate will be a team player, with the right work ethic, knowledgeable in general and finish carpentry, drywall and basic cabinetry. The candidate should have an understanding of basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, boilers, generators and general mechanical aptitudes. A person whom can think on his or her feet, and possesses strong problem-solving skills, would be a great fit for this position. This position will require availability for on call after hours and or weekends for emergencies.
