Superintendent Qualifications:

5 years ofexperience as a Construction Superintendent B.S. in a Constructionrelated degree is preferred, but other applicants with equivalentexperience will also be considered Extensive knowledge of safetyprocedures and regulations with a proven history of upholding thosepolicies and procedures Ability to supervise Field Employees andSubcontractors on a project Extensive knowledge in constructionprocesses that aid in completing projects on time and within budget
