This individual will need to be a “jack of all trades” with the ability to work well with others and have strong time management skills. A very flexible work schedule is possible. F/T or P/T hours can be arranged for the right individual. Responsibilities for
Clubhouse Maintenance Manager :
To manage, direct or assist in all aspects of building maintenance and janitorial operations including but not limited to; light electrical, plumbing, carpentry and HVAC. Assist in the supervision of additional cleaning personnel and locker room attendants to ensure proper performance. Develop plans/schedules for preventative maintenance and routine cleaning. Assist venders in maintenance of issues over and above normal repair. Involved with the Spring Opening and Fall Closing/Winterization of the pool and tennis facility. Maintaining safety standards; making sure all equipment and operating procedures are kept in accordance with NYS rules and regulations.
