We are seeking an experienced Business Manager to become a part of our customer-focused sales team. Subaru of Troy is a dealership you want to work at. We truly are a team, and we are selective as to who we add to that team. We look for people who love what they do, bring positive energy with them every day, and take pride in providing great customer service above all else. 5-Day Work Week NO Sundays!!! Must have experience in the auto industry, knowledge of F&I regulations, and maintain high customer service satisfaction. Qualifications:
Automotive F&I experience in a Dealership setting Preferred but not required CDK experience a huge plus! Documentation of current and past performance Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed Excellent customer service and communication skills Outgoing personality with a positive attitude Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment. Professional presentation 2+ years of dealership finance experience is required Prior automotive sales management experience is a plus A team player focused on providing exemplary customer service Self-motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals

Annual Earnings range from:
$95,000.00 – $200,000.00 Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
