Maintenance Director 2.5 2.5 out of 5 stars 301 Nantucket Drive, Endicott, NY 13760 Absolut Center is a skilled nursing facility located in Endicott, NY. We pride ourselves in providing quality care for our residents in a warm and inviting environment. If you are interested in making a difference, be a part of making our facility great! We’re looking for a Maintenance Director to oversee our 4-person Maintenance team. This position is responsible for ensuring the facility runs smoothly and keeps the corporate office informed of what is needed or will be needed for the facility.
Some of the responsibilities are:
Scheduling and training staff Ensuring tasks are completed satisfactorily and timely Creating/updating preventative maintenance policies Working with Human Resources to hire, discipline and terminate staff Reviewing hours weekly for payroll The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years in the maintenance field, preferably in a supervisory role. This position is salaried and offers a comprehensive benefits package.
