We are seeking an organized and customer-focused Space Planner•Move Coordinator to support office relocations and internal moves for a major project. This role is based onsite in New York and supports move operations through ticket management, vendor coordination, and team collaboration. This is a temporary position to cover parental leave with no possibility of extension or full-time conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and respond to incoming tickets related to new hires, transfers, and moves. Plan and coordinate office relocations, ensuring a smooth experience from start to finish. Act as the liaison between internal teams and external vendors (movers, carpenters, cleaners, electricians, IT). Utilize Tririga or similar seat/space management tools to schedule and document move logistics. Provide high-quality customer service to business stakeholders during the move process. Resolve move-related issues efficiently and professionally. Maintain accurate records and update ticket status promptly for all NEWH (onboarding), EMPM (transfers), and FON (desk assignments). Be available for occasional overtime during large move events.
Must-Have Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in facilities coordination, space planning, or move coordination. Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills. High attention to detail and strong organizational ability. Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
Nice-to-Have:
Experience with Tririga space management system. Prior experience working with ticketing systems or database management.
Education:
High school diploma or GED required.

Additional Notes:
The role supports a major building-to-building office move. You’ll be working with a hybrid team, some of whom report to other managers. Candidate must be local to New York and comfortable working in a structured, ticket-based environment.
