Due to current, as well as project growth, Sutton is seeking an experience, customer-oriented Maintenance Supervisor to oversee a 9,000 square foot Medical Office Building located in Downtown Syracuse.

Responsibilities Include:

Work Request Fulfillment:

Respond to tenant’s maintenance requests in a timely and effective manner including communicating maintenance repairs and status directly with tenants and building administrative staff.

Overall Property Condition:

Participate in snow removal and salting of properties on an as needed basis. Conduct regular inspections of buildings and grounds to identify deficiencies and communicate concerns and issues with direct Supervisor. Performing routine building maintenance in a safe and efficient manner. Coordinate with building services and outside contractors to maintain building standards. Trouble shooting building/unit malfunctions and failures and helps to make necessary repairs. Provide oversight to cleaning and on-site building security staff. Oversee contracted snow removal process and provide support when necessary. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Working knowledge of Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Carpentry and Appliances Ability to work a rotating on-call schedule and extended hours as required Strong Interpersonal skills, the ability to communicate effectively, and diffuse conflict Strong organization skills and ability to multitask Must exhibit competence in decision making and employing judgment Valid Driver’s License, and reliable transportation required Sutton Real Estate Company offers a generous compensation package including competitive hourly rates, overtime eligibility, company sponsored benefits, paid time off and more.
