With over 220 employees across 9 locations in NY, VT, and NH, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate with technicians, service office, and parts personnel to ensure timely completion of jobs. Regularly communicate and report to the Service Director. Provide excellent customer service to our clients. Maintain Peterbilt’s Platinum Service Center status. Keep customers informed about their truck’s status via phone and through the Decisiv platform, including any delays. Efficiently dispatch work orders to technicians. Review completed work orders, verify hours, and assess technician stories. Workflow management through Decisiv.

Job Requirements:

Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. Experience with CDK and Decisiv preferred. Microsoft Proficiency Diesel Repair Knowledge Driven and collaborative. Ability to lead and motivate a team.
