Retail Maintenance/Landscaping Canna Planet Middletown, NY 10941 Job Summary A fast growing retail chain in the Hudson Valley is seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance and landscapingTechnician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in general building maintenance, electrical systems, and basic landscaping with the ability to perform a variety of maintenance tasks in a commercial/retail setting. This role requires attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to ensuring that all facilities are maintained to the highest standards. Duties Conduct routine inspections of the stores to identify maintenance needs. Perform repairs, general maintenance, and plumbing as requested by company management at various store locations throughout the Hudson Valley Troubleshoot issues as necessary. Oversee maintenance projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in facilities maintenance and repair. Basic Landscaping. Proficient in electrical systems troubleshooting and repair. Experience in commercial painting and materials. Ability to perform general repair work when necessary. Effective communication skills for clear interaction with team members and management. Strong problem-solving abilities and logical thinking skills to address maintenance challenges efficiently.
