A well-established and progressive agricultural operation isseeking a Grain Superintendent to oversee operations at a keylocation in Nebraska. This opportunity comes with a competitivesalary, a comprehensive benefits package, and the support of anexperienced and collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan,direct, and manage facility operations to meet company standardsand schedules. Oversee the inbound and outbound shipment of grain,including logistics and delivery coordination. Lead and mentor ateam, driving improvements in quality, safety, and operationalperformance. Perform general maintenance and repairs to ensurefacility efficiency and reliability.
Preferred Qualifications:
3years of experience in grain elevator or facility managementpreferred. Self-motivated, ambitious, and capable of meetingtime-sensitive demands. Strong problem-solving skills, leadershipabilities, and a solid work ethic. Mechanical aptitude is a plus.
