BDC Manager Automotive Major World Chevrolet 4340 Northern Blvd, Long Island City, NY 11101 Job Summary Major World is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Manager to lead our BDC team and drive operational excellence. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for achieving sales targets while ensuring exceptional customer service. This role requires proficiency in inventory control, retail sales, and effective communication skills. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the BDC’s performance, including managing inbound and outbound calls, setting appointment goals, and driving sales. They also manage the BDC team, including hiring, training, and motivating BDC representatives. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations, including managing leads, scheduling appointments, and ensuring timely follow-ups. Recruit, train, and motivate BDC representatives to achieve sales goals. Develop and implement strategies to generate appointments and drive sales. Manage and track all leads, both inbound and outbound, ensuring they are followed up on in a timely manner. Monitor BDC performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate with other dealership departments, such as sales and service, to ensure seamless communication and customer experience. Qualifications Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage and motivate the BDC team. Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive customer experience. Knowledge of automotive sales and service processes. Basic computer skills to use CRM software and other dealership tools. Previous experience in a BDC or similar role is preferred.
High School Diploma/GED:

$75,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
