Role:

Andover Property Management — the in-house management company for ZD Jasper Realty — is hiring a Building Superintendent for a brand-new, 87-unit residential building in Woodside, Queens , just steps from the #7 train. This building was developed and built by ZD Jasper , and the role is a full-time, permanent position with long-term growth potential.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all building operations, maintenance, and daily upkeep Perform basic repairs: plumbing, electrical, HVAC filter changes, painting, etc. Respond promptly to tenant service requests and emergencies Supervise porters, vendors, and cleaning staff Manage move-ins, deliveries, and building access Ensure compliance with DOB, HPD, and other NYC regulations Maintain daily maintenance logs and communication records

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in residential building maintenance or as a superintendent Familiarity with Latch smart entry systems and Yardi property management software Strong communication and organizational skills Chinese language skills are a plus, but not required Experience in new development or luxury buildings preferred
