Maintenance Manager NFA Technologies Orangeburg, NY 10962 Client supplies high-quality trash bags and can liners to wholesale distribution and retail sectors across the United States. With a 500,000 square foot facility, Client boasts the second-largest blown plastics plant in the US and operates over 70 manufacturing lines. The company offers a rapid turnaround on custom liners and stocks over 800 SKUs for quick shipping. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Maintenance Manager located in Orangeburg, NY. The Maintenance Manager will oversee daily plant operations, manage production planning, and ensure manufacturing operations run smoothly. Key responsibilities include implementing maintenance schedules, troubleshooting machinery issues, coordinating plant management activities, and enhancing overall operational efficiency. Qualifications Plant Management and Plant Operations skills Operations Management and Production Planning skills Manufacturing Operations skills Strong leadership and team management abilities Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Experience with maintenance scheduling and preventive maintenance programs Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field preferred Experience in the plastics or manufacturing industry is a plus.
